[Gocamino] Camino costs?

Thanks to all who sent me their thoughts.  I will summarize the 
emails below, especially since some of the emails did not go out to 
the group.

The 25 euros a day number seems pretty good, or at least in the 
ballpark, although some suggest 30 euros a day is a better estimate. 
Another rule of thumb is 1 euro per km, although I think  that has to 
vary depending on how many km/day you walk.  (The cost per day to 
walk 15km must be about the same as the cost per day to walk 25km, 
although maybe you eat a bit more).

Refugios are variously quoted as 3 to 10 euros, or 4 to 7 euros.
Dinner is 10 euros, or a bit less.
