[Gocamino] receipe for Caldo

Hi all,

I thought I'd share my success at making a delicious pot of Caldo soup
last night for the first time. 

In case you've not heard the name before, it's a renowned Galician
recipe and goes something like this:

Smoked ham/pork (or bacon bits in my case) is used as the broth.
White beans
Spinach
Potatoes
Turnip
Chorizo sausage (most important as it give it "zing")

Easy, easy!

I was first served this in Santiago at the end of my pilgrimage in
November 06 and it went down a treat!
