[Gocamino] Obtaining the credencial in Oporto, Portugal

I finished the Camino Portuguese in October. Get the Brierly guide. It will
answer your questions about lodging and restaurants (not all that
comprehensively, but it's the only game in town). I got my credencial from
the American Friends of the Camino. You can also get one from the CSJ.
Getting a credencial in Porto (the pilgrim office has sketchy hours and
wasn't open when I was there) can be chancy.
