I got the same postcard, too, and wondered where they got my name and
address. If they got it from American Pilgrims, then it might have been
incorporated into the program sooner. And if they did, I did not give
permission to share my name and address. Ahem.

Then again, I get junk email from the entire solar system and wonder how
they find me. The more I filter out, the more I receive!
Oooooooooooohhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmm. After three spiritual journeys along the
camino, I have to see it as a bunch of pathetic souls who have no better
purpose on earth than to annoy other people. But I digress....

To answer Martha about the training: the more you train, the easier it is.
That said, the portion from Leon to SdeC isn¹t very difficult at all, with
the exception of one steep uphill morning going to O¹Cebreiro. Just take
that part slowly, stop to catch your breath when needed. The rest is pretty
much just walking. What you need to train for is walking and being on your
feet all day. There is nothing technically difficult about any of it.

The first half from SJPP is much more challenging.
