[Gocamino] Mid-Meseta stats

Statistics are commonly based on Compostela recipients in Santiago. I was out doing recon and stumbled upon the 2007 statistics from the Albergue de “Las Carbajalas” in León. See pages two and three for numbers and graphs. These stats demonstrate the actual albergue population mid-Meseta. Interestingly, up to about the year 2000, Spaniards and foreigners were about equal in number. By 2003 foreigners outnumbered locals by 2:1, and last year in 2007 by a whopping 3:1.
