[Gocamino] St.James will provide not valid anymore?

It was our experience that if we ended up somewhere where the refugio
was full, that the Hospitalarios would always have another
alternative. a new building would be opened, the bar would know of
some rooms, etc. There would always be a space, maybe primitive, but
at least a spot on a floor out of the rain. I' m getting the
impression that this year, the hospitalrios are providing no
alternatives, that you walk till you find a village with space.

Am I mistaken? I hope so.
