[Gocamino] turigrinos, packs ahead, etc/Rebekah

Last year when we did the Camino (second time for me, third for my hubby:)), 
we met several "turigrinos".  When we had a chance to chat with them, almost 
all of them apologized for not doing the Camino the "hard way".  I thought 
that was delightful; and although I had some negative feelings for them in 
the past, these encounters cancelled all of that for me.
