[Gocamino] Honest Bogus Pilgrims

I Need Advice:

    My partner and I are 65, are not Catholic, are not married, and want to use the refuges on the Camino.  Is it considered dishonest of us to obtain a credential and present it at the albergues even if we tell the managers that we are not Catholic in religion?  
    Please try not to equivocate the answer.  It seems like a straight question.  Are the albergues intended for Catholics only?
