[Gocamino] Sleeping at monasteries and convents in Europe

Kevin Wright's guide to monastery and convent guest houses in Europe 
gets either really good or really bad reviews.  Does anyone know of 
another such guide for Europe?  I hope to walk next year from Oslo to 
Santiago.  I think monasteries and/or convents should be part of the 
pilgrimage.  There are guides by another author for France and Spain.  
I find nothing for Germany.
