[Gocamino] Documentos ICOMOS y el desastre en O Pino

I believe the work that Javier refered to in the ICOMOS project is very 
important. There have even been comparisons of the mayor of O Pino to the 
mayor of Marbella. FYI, the mayor of Marbella has been implicated in some 
unethical land deals and is generally perceived as Mafioso. I have taken 
three documents and made a single PDF and placed it on the Internet for all 
readers of Spanish. It includes all 6 parts of 'INFORME' and the 2 
subsequent documents.
