[Gocamino] RyanAir reservations

Greetings, fellow pilgrims!

I have my reservations to London for Sept. 3, coming up soon.  I will be fortunate enough to spend a few days there with a friend who will be house sitting at the same time.  From there I plan to fly RyanAir to Biarritz, but I have not yet made those reservations.

For those of you with experience with RyanAir, should I make those reservations now, or could I possibly wait until I am in the UK?

Any advice is welcome.
