[Gocamino] booking buses

re: alsa buses. Last year we tried to book an Alsa bus
on the net, and after talking with the support reps,
it turns out that they cannot handle US credit cards.
So that will not work. And in fact we did have a hard
time getting a seat on an Alsa bus. My recommendation
is to book the seat as soon as you get to Spain to
make sure it's available for when you want it.
