Hello you all,
Throughout the Galician portion of the French Way there are volunteers to
assist pilgrims every day, except Mondays at the following churches: (The hours
are given on the 23-hour system to simplify postings)
O Cebreiro, 9:30 to 20:00
Triacastela, 15:00 to 21:00 p.m.
Samos, 10:30 to 13:30 and 16:00 to 19:00

beautiful Crucifix
with Christ's
right arm extended downward from the Cross
to help the
onlooker is in this church, on a side wall. The
famous similar
bronze crucifix in the Assisi Basilica is a
copy of the
Furelos Crucifix, and the internationally
award-winning
movie "Marcelino, Pan y Vino"
(Marcelino,
Bread and Wine) was inspired by this
17 century
Crucifix and its story woven wround it.
