[Gocamino] long walk/no fountain

The 17 km water-free zone is from Carrión de los Condes to Calzadilla de la 
Cueza in the province of Palencia. The water in the heart of the Meseta is 
not always the best. To be absolutely the safest you may wish to buy bottled 
water through that area. There is a petrol station just outside of town 
which I recall has a vending machine, and is your last chance at fluids for 
a long, long time. There were attempts at putting in fountains along this 
stretch of gravel road, but they are all defunct. For a tragicomic example,
