The WebCam at O Cereiro is tempermental. Internet traffic, inclement 
weather, solar winds, high tides, and inclination of the rigs of Saturn all 
seem to make it unavailable. You aren't doing anything wrong. It's just on 
the very edge of Galicia, and the very edge of operational.

Here are a few WebCams which are more reliable to test your connectivity. 
Please note that not all cameras will appear operatonal in the dead of 
night. Daytime in Spain is the best time for viewing. I especially love the 
two cameras in the Cathedral. You get to see (but not hear) Mass.
