[Gocamino] long walk/no fountain

I found this stretch one of the most striking of the camino, I would do 
it again.  It may have been that most people decided to do the Reliegos 
route, so we had the rail to ourselves, it was spooky walking on trails 
without the footprints that accompanied us everywhere else.
