Hi, My friend and I will be traveling 150 km of the camino (from O'Cebriero). She has allergies with intolerance of any wheat products (anything with wheat flour or wheat thickeners in them). Are salads, fruit, etc readily available? She is also allergic to nuts. Thanks for your advice.
