The trees

Hi,
For what I read, the trees that the French will be planting will be
indigenous to the particular area so that they may survive.  The plantings  will be
done with  the advise and assistance of professional ecologists and flora
specialists.
I do not know, however,  the reason for planting the trees every seven
meters.
