Travel from European Capitals

I have read of cheap air travel (Ryan Air) from London to Biarritz.  Does anyone know if there are also discount airlines flying from other major European Cities like Paris, Frankfurt, or Amsterdam to a city close to SJPP?  What is the approximate train fare between aforementioned cities and Biarritz/Bayonne?
