just a note on caffeine

MessageCaffeine depletes the body of essential vitamins, minerals/nutrients.....especially calcium/magnesium. If you are not replacing these through food (some supplements) you can put yourself at risk, especially under strenuous exercise which is also depleting minerals, for joint problems and then bone fractures...
