Thanks, I have another question and cannot find anyone to address my concern. Sent for Pilgrim's Passport along with informational sheet about myself included funds for previous articles plus added a few dollars for postage.....and never received a thing. 
Addressed application to Linda Davidson, 2501 Kingstown Road, Kingston, RI 02881. What and who do I write too? And Gocominoapete.uri.edu does not reply. 
Getting a little concerned leaving April 13th, I understood that it takes 2 weeks. If wrong, please allow me the mistake.Wanda

      The two most common seem to be very serious blisters and shin splints or tendonitis.  Compeed and keeping off your feet help with the former.  Anti-inflammatories and rest help with the latter.  Howard Mendes, NYC
