Hi Daniel, all,

I had to break off my Camino due to severe tendinitis in my left knee.
Beforehand I recovered from a lighter version in my left foot. Two days
rest, some ointment and painkillers from a doctor in Pamplona dealt with it
properly.

And recently, on a meeting from the Dutch "Genootschap St. Jacob", a
podotherapist gave a presentation of all the horrible things that might
happen to your feet, mostly inflicted by using the wrong footwear. He also
gave advice on possible ways to deal with the trouble. Perhaps you can
consult a podotherapist for your research?
