Hi,
Go to    www.caminoasantiago.com
when the page appears look at a map with all the caminos shown; click on the
Silver Way (or Via de la Plata) and you should find it. The reports are in
Spanish, French, German, English and Dutch. I expect you'll need to press the
British flag or something.
Anyway, you'll find it.  Be aware, though, that the reports ("journals") only
cover the part of the Via in Galicia
