             REFRANERO DEL PEREGRINO (cont.)

13.  El que regala bien vende, si quien recibe lo entiende.

14.  Escarmentar en cabeza ajena es leccion barata y buena.

15.  Guiame Corazon Divino, si yerro en el Camino.

16. .Juntate con buenos y seras uno de ellos

17.  Al peregrino dar mano es el placer del cristiano.

18.  La alegria rejuvenece, la tristeza envejece.

19.  La desgracia mayor es la enemistad con Nuestro Senor.

20.  Mal hace quien no hace bien, aunque mal no haga.

21.  La senal de los cristianos es amarse como hermanos.

22.  En esta vida el mejor vino es caminar el Camino.

23.  Muerte, juicio, infierno y gloria, ten,  cristiano,  en tu memoria.

24.  No hay carga mas pesada que tener la conciencia cargada.

25.  Obra bien y espera: que es Dios el que premia

26.  Para remediar tus males, vence los pecados capitales.

27.  Cansancio, soledad, ampollas, dudas y mal, todos se evaporan en la
Catedral.

28.   Para tener salud, paz y alegria, cuida alma y cuerpo noche y dia.

29.  Peregrino, los gustos que merecen palos..... no probarlos.

30.  Quien quita la ocasion, quita el pecado.

31.  Ni en la oscuridad necesitas guia si das tu mano a Maria.

32.  Siembra obras buenas y bellas y cogeras fruto de ellas.


Translation  (sort of)

13.  He who makes a gift makes a good sale, if the recipients understands it.
14.  Learning through the hard experiences of others is an excellent and
inexpensive lesson.
15.  Guide me, Blessed Heart (of Jesus) if I err in the Camino.
16.  Surround yourself with good people and you'll become one of them.
17. Extending a helping hand to a pilgrim is the joy of a Christian.
18.  Gaiety rejuvenates you, sadness makes you old.
19.  The worst tragedy is to be in unfriendly terms with the Lord.
20. Failing to perform good deeds is performing harmful ones, even if no
actions are taken.
21.  The mark of Christians is to treat others like blood brothers.
22.  The best wine in this life is to walk the Camino.
23.  Death, (last) judgment, hell and glory, keep them, Christian, in your
consciousness.
24.  There is no heavier burden than an overburdened conscience.
25.  Act as a good person and wait, it is God that will reward you.
26.  To remedy your ills, vanquish capital sins.
27.  Tiredness, loneliness, blisters, doubts and ills, they all evaporate
(when you are) in the Cathedral.
28. To enjoy health, peace and happiness, mind your body and soul night and
day.
29.  Pilgrim, the desires that might deserve punishments, don't attempt them.
30.  Removing the temptation avoids the sin.
31.  Not even in the darkness will you need a guide if (the Virgin) Mary
holds your hand.
32. Sow deeds good and beautiful and you will reap their fruit.
