list
Dear Richa and David and Timothy,
Great that you go after the main flow of pilgrims has gone in September
Please do check on the opening times of alberque.
The Refugio you're in will know !
Some close when the high season is over.
You will be fine with your sleeping bag ( and happy that you took it) as
there are not so much pilgrims around the blankets available at the
Refugio's will help you.
I remember cold nights In Roncevalles, Burgos, St Juan
Happy preparations

oh yes. take a good fitting poncho ( over the backpack as well) and wrap all
your stuff according to use in separate garbage bags and than put it in the
backpack; the items stays together and even when the backpack is wet trough
your stuff is dry !!
PPS. Attachments either in Gocamino or St James are not permitted, so no
