Can I use a European Cell Phone in the States

Charger adapters are no problem at all, and should be easy to find anywhere.

There are also cell phones that work worldwide.  In the US the T-Mobile
Company is one...there are probably many more.  Some may require a
replacement of a chip.  You just have to do a little research.
