You can use the Friends' passport in any refugio; if the hospitalero/a of a
refugio not listed on the passport has any qualms about it, the seal may be
stamped on a separate piece of paper for you to carry and present to the
pilgrims' office in Santiago when you arrive..
Or,  you can get a new pilgrims' passport in any city from which you begin
walking.
