I walked, but my son will bicycle..

and here's what St. Augustine has to say on the subject:
(From the French Confraternity's credential)

The Pilgrim's Allelujah

"Allelujah means "praise the Lord"! As the traveler sings, do sing, but
walk. Don't indulge in laziness, sing to give yourself strength! Sing and
walk. What do I mean by "walk"? Progress, progress into goodness. Some,
say the apostle, progress into "evil". As for you, you progress and you
walk, but progress into goodness, progress into righteous faith, progress
into honest life. Without being led astray, without regressing, without
hesitation, sing and walk!"

I douby there were bicycles in the third century, but whatever...just go
