Joel,
Another map (one I bought in Santiago, too):
Serie Mapas Turísticos
El Camino de Santiago
Scale: 1: 500,000
Deposito legal M. 18.458-1999
NIPO 162-99-007-4

On two sides of the paper: one has from Jaca to Sahagún, the other
Sahagún to the coast.
It also has
(a) the routes of the other 'caminos' (Aragonés, Navarro, de la
Costa, del Interior, Portugués) insofar as they traverse Northern
Spain;
(b) a list of the major sights, with some ayuntamiento phone numbers
and other information, a bibliography of Spanish books, a list of
camping grounds and paradors, and so on;
(c) 30-odd photos of places in Northern Spain (not limited to any one camino)
and, rather annoyingly,
(d) each 'camino' is marked with a thick colored line, and in some
places this covers up details of the map!
It is however a 'physical' map, showing contours and heights of mountains.
