Int'l Pilgrims Meeting in Rio. No advance payment

Hello you all again,
After rereading the instructions, and inquiring, I've learned that the 250
Reais fee for the meeting need not be sent in advance at all. (!!!!)  The fee is
to be paid upon signing-in.
However, one must sent the registration as soon as possible to reserve a
place.
