Yikes!    Take all medications in the original containers  (you don't care
how heavy the backpack is in the airplane) and then, if you want to
repackage, do so in Spain before you start your walk.  You can discard the
original containers then.

If you have meds left over when you are done, discard them at a pharmacy
before you leave Spain.  You might get away with your baggies at customs and
immigration, but if you don't, you're in for quite a bit of unpleasantness!
I wouldn't risk it.
