Dear ones:

This is Liz Allen, and I have a question about travelling with one way tickets to Europe. I have travelled many countries with a one way ticket, but now I am getting reports one must have a round trip ticket or you won't be allowed into the EU- regardless of funds.
This evidently has happened since 9/11 - so if some of you know about this please let me know asap - I am leaving on Monday -
I will also check with the French Consulate here in DC where I am visiting. Also interested in special rates from Iberia say to Morocco - which would take me out of the EU, right? I plan on travelling all around Europe and don't have a time to be back in the States - hence the one way ticket -
thanks for the info- would hate to get to Biarritz and be turned back - and not be able to do my pilgrimage!
Looking forward to getting your excellent feedback on this issues -
Peace
Liz

Biarritz is a major resort area. Accommodations should be easy to find. The Stanstead flight should get in early enough to put you in SJPP at about 8:30 pm if that's what you wish. The Bayonne-SJPP train is small and slow but travels through some great scenery.

Hello -- Is it relatively easy to find accommodation in Biarritz? Approx how long of a journey is it from Biarritz to Ste. Jean?

I am flying from Stansted to Biarritz (next week actually!!) on Ryanair.....very cheap flights!! Amazing!!

Will be signing off from this list very shortly to leave for my Camino - thanks to all for your support, advice, and wisdom. Its made the preparation of my journey almost effortless :-) The real test comes next week!! Hope to meet some of you along The Way and will be back on the list in June sometime!

Thanks in advance,
Tania

Biarritz but it's quite small, the Irish airline Ryanair (www.ryanair.com)
flies there, where are you coming from?
