I am also a Type II diabetic and I did the Camino from SJPP to Santiago
in May-June 2001. There's plenty of food available. I normally bought
groceries for lunch-cheese, bread, olives and salami, but cafes are
normally available as well.

Subject: Availability of food along the Camino
Hi,
I am doing the Camino in mid-May and I'm checking to see if food is
available along the way, or are there areas that i will need to make
sure I have food on hand. I am a Type II diabetic and do need to eat
regularly. Will this be a problem?
Marla
