The European Roads to the Pyrenees

Hola, Linda,

That would have been me...

for me the journey is magnificently enhanced by knowing a bit about the
lands I will be traversing. Fortunately I have a sister in France who can
send the book. I was particularly interested in the area around Conques to
Moissac--Cathar country, Languedoc, vineyards, trade routes, geography that
lent its influence to the social and cultural histories.

Hurray for this list and being able to find out such things through the
company of others!

Hi to all. I remember that recently someone asked if there was an
informative
work about the Routes in France. I understood the query to be not a search
for
routes and walking, but historical and cultural.
