spanish academics studying the camino

Hello all,

I am a senior at Brown applying for a Fulbright to study the Camino next
year; specifically, the effects of religious space on food and eating.  In
order to submit my application I need a letter of support from a Spanish
academic in a similar field (the Camino, religious studies, food studies,
anthropology, oral history, etc.).  This is simply a welcoming gesture, not
an elaborate letter of recommendation.  Does anyone have a lead I might follow?
