August pilgrims

Hi John,
I think that information offices close, like everything else, from1 to 4 p.m.
or 2 to 5, and they remain open until 7 or 8.  Presumably pilgrims are
already settled in the albergues at such hours and can walk over and get a seal, or
whatever.  Perhaps this is one of the reasons why the two-seal requirement is
not really imposed.
