Hi Tom,
I haven't gotten the copies of the booklet yet, and probably won't until I
come back from Santiago after Thanksgiving on December 2nd.
I'll send them out as soon as possible after that.
......I just read (in the Daily Epistle) that the word "Eucharist" comes from
the Greek and it means  Thanksgiving.
