7 days to walk

Re:  Advice please

A friend and I will also "walk" in September 2004, but because work
restraints, may only be able to "walk" 7 days.  We  have extended back
packing experience,  have a working knowledge of Spanish and are spiritually
and adventurously motivated.

I would like some advice from others on what portion they would recommend
given the above restrictions and abilities.
