Pilgrims Credentials

Hi Group! I was on my Camino last year from SJPP to Santiago when my buddy
blew a knee and we had to stop in Leon. My brother is joining me this April
to finish it off. We need to find out where he can pick up a Pilgrims
Credential in Leon. I also understand from the CSJ in London that you
should get your credential stamped twice a day in order to get the
Compostella at the end. Any one have any advice?
