I would recommend riding the bus to Pamplona and getting a taxi to St. Jean.
I rode the train and,  although it was lovely,  the bus is just as fast,
leaves at a better time in the day,  is less expensive,  has a restroom and
arrives more in the city center of Pamplona.  You can get a taxi or a bus
from Pamplona to St. Jean.
