"Mature" walking

Dear Sally,

I wonder what the average age  really is!  Depends on the time of year, I
imagine.  Most of my pilgrim friends are over 50, but my nephew is poised to
walk the Camino in July and he's 20.  Just remember, a journey like this
starts with your inner preparations and one step at a time...
