Arles route and walking from Italy

Hi everyone,
Having walked from StLean to Finisterre last year, I am fortunate to have 5
days free in the south of France next month, and am interestedin doing some
part of the Arles/Somport pass route.
Any advice as to where I  could start and travel connections greatly
appreciated. I comfortably walked 30 kms per day last year.   I need to get
back to Biarritz from wherever I stop.
Also, next year I want to walk fron Rome to Santiago, and have found the Via
Francegena sites, but would welcome any and all info, esp from anyone who
has walked all/part of this route.
