Biking the Camino

Brendan,

It took me 4-6 months to prepare, basically I tried to read everything I
could  about biking the camino. Also, trained a little.  You will have a great
time for whatever reason you choose to go.

If you  haven't cycled for more than one day, then I would advise you put in
a litte practice.
