Milenium en Compostela; 18 voices in the Camino

Pardon me if this has already been addressed, but where in the USA can I order this book? I tried amazon and powells but it was not there. Do I need to order from an out-of-the-country vendor? If so, that's okay, but from whom?
In Spanish or English is fine.
