planning for a group

I am going with about ten fellow pilgrims in May to walk the camino, and would like some advice from those who have helped plan for multiple-pilgrim walks...

I have walked the camino once alone, but I feel it is much easier to go without as much planning alone and find a single bed than to be with a group and try to stay together through the whole walk....
