> Well I am also planning to bring a light dress for those occasions
you need to look a little neater. The advantage of going in summer
time and being as small. As I am is that the dress or couple dresses
are not going to be too heavy or occupy much room. The sarong seems to
be a great idea –at least for women-, and if you have proper bijou
(neither much nor heavy) it can be also formal attire.

doubts you have: boots or trail shoes? At 40 Dgrees C. I think there is
not much difference
maybe the shoes are a better choice.

> By the way I have a question: I am having some medication that needs
to be rat a temperature lower than 25 C. I have these 2 bags with gel I
can freeze and carry for about 4 hours at moderate temperatures to keep
my medicine alright. But I am sure it is not going to be enough for
the 6-9-hours walk I’ll have every day! And I depend on the existence
of freezers at the refugios where I can put the medicine and the gel
and make sure nobody will take them. So, I basically have 2
questions: ” Are there refrigerators at the refugios? Are they safe?
Does anybody know of a way or system to carry my drops for a longer
period of time at that temperature?
