camera power cells, aka "batteries"

Sorry. I was taking too much for granted. It was a solar charger - that
is why I wore it on my shoulder (the left shoulder so it was on the
south facing the sun) - and why it did not do anything on cloudy days.
Please excuse my being a bit obscure.
