Water, again

Living in an arid climate (Pueblo, CO, USA) that has also been under a
severe drought for the last 6 years, I can only re-iterate what others have
said--you simply can't have too much water. Yes, it's heavy, but you will
drink it, and it will get lighter. I've done several long walks (26+ miles)
in desert conditions, and the "constant sipping" method is the best way to
avoid dehydration. As Pieter (I believe) said, when you feel thirsty,
you're too late.
I'd much rather go without food and stock up on water. And remember--coffee
and alcohol are NOT hydrating--they both have diuretic effects. Stick to
good ol' H2O--you won't regret it.
Cheers and Ultreya!
Linda
