Two days to go

Dear all,

Thanks to all of you helped me find out how to get back home after my camino! The plane tickets are booked and I'm leaving on Thursday. Right now it seems that I've got so many things to do before I go, and I wish I had had the time to study more Spanish, exercise more, prepare more...

The weeks went by so fast, and it's been a mess... I had to move my belongings to a new apartment due to a water leak where I normally live (water coming in through the roof, going through walls and ceiling, major renovation necessary and the apartment had to be completely empty) and I unexpectedly had to go away for a week to do some work that initially was someone else's responsibility. Now I've only got two days to go, and it's making me nervous.

No doubt I'll make it, I'm off to buy my last equipment today, I'll be packing tonight and tomorrow I'll have plenty of time to make the arrangements necessary for leaving home for six weeks and to say goodbye to friends and family. If I forget something it's not the end of the world.

So, I'll be signing off / turning the email delivery function off before I leave, and I'll be back in October.

Hasta luego!
Sofia

Ps. Any suggestions on accomodation in Bayonne? I'll be arriving at the Biarritz airport at 6:40 pm, do you think I'll have to make a reservation before my arrival?
