Pilgrimages in Belgium

Does anyone out there have any information on pilgrimage sites in Belgium,
especially any that were well visited in the early 20th cent.?  I
discovered a dairy entry which stated that my great grandmother made yearly
pilgrimages to a site in Belgium, walking 100 miles presumably from Antwerp
where she lived.  This would have been circa 1900-1940?

Any info would be appreciated
